Information you provide
OSCAR TALKSENSE AI INC may receive information you voluntarily provide, such as your name, email address, mobile number, availability, work-format preferences, questions and communication preferences.
SMS and mobile information
Mobile information, SMS opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process information only as needed to operate communications, maintain security, comply with law or support services requested by the user.
Text messaging choices
Visitors may use the SMS Program to provide a mobile number and actively check the optional consent box. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of future messages or HELP for assistance.
Employment-related information
Initial role-alert enrollment is intended to collect communication and preference information. We do not ask visitors to provide Social Security numbers, banking credentials, payment-card information or account passwords through the public SMS enrollment form.
How information may be used
Information may be used to provide requested communications, match stated preferences to relevant role-alert categories, respond to questions, operate and secure the website, maintain opt-out status and comply with applicable obligations.
